What is One Stanley a Week?
As part of the campaign, we're monitoring activity on our @bashliving Instagram profile. Once a week, we'll select someone who not only "exists" but truly contributes to this space: they comment, respond, participate in stories, share their opinions, and help us have a conversation about beautiful, functional things.
The prize is a Stanley product - Cafe-To-Go Thermal Mug 0.23 L in Ash color.

Each week, we select one person based on their overall participation: the quality of their comments, their engagement in the conversation, and how they impact the community atmosphere. This isn't a random drawing; it's a recognition for genuine participation.

Rules of the "One Stanley a Week" campaign
1. General provisions

The organizer of the promotional campaign called "One Stanley a Week" (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is Bash Living (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
-
The Campaign is a competition and is conducted on Instagram on the Organizer’s profile: @bashliving (hereinafter referred to as the “Profile”).

The campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

The regulations define the rules for participation, selection of winners and awarding of prizes.

The Campaign runs from January 30, 2026 until further notice . The Organizer may terminate the Campaign at any time by announcing this on the Profile.
2. Definitions

“Participant” – a person who meets the conditions in point 3.

“Competition week” – a period of 7 consecutive days counted from [e.g. Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 Polish time] .

“Activity” – the Participant’s actions within the Profile and the Organizer’s content indicated in point 4.
3. Participants
-
A participant may be a natural person who:
a) is over 18 years of age,
b) has a public Instagram account,
c) lives in Poland (the prize will be shipped to Poland),
d) accepts these Regulations. -
Employees and associates of the Organizer and members of their immediate family are excluded from participation.
4. Rules for participation in the Campaign
-
In order to take part in the Campaign, the Participant must perform Activities related to the Profile during a given Competition Week, in particular:
a) comments on the Organizer’s posts in a substantive manner and in accordance with the rules of civility,
b) participates in surveys and activities in Stories,
c) responds to content and engages in dialogue (e.g. answers to questions asked by the Organizer),
d) publishes UGC content (e.g. photo/InstaStories) by tagging the Organizer's Profile @bashliving and/or using the slogan #BashLiving -
Activities must be original and must not violate third party rights or Instagram's terms and conditions.

The following are not allowed: spam, comments that are offensive, vulgar, violating personal rights, misleading or containing advertising content unrelated to Bash Living.
5. Winner selection

In each Competition Week, the Organizer will select one Winner .

The winner is selected by the Organizer based on the total evaluation of the Activities, in particular:
a) regularity of involvement,
b) the quality and substantiveness of comments/replies,
c) culture of speech,
d) creativity and contribution to community building. -
The Organizer's decision is final, subject to the right to submit a complaint under the terms of point 9.
6. Prize
-
The prize in each Competition Week is 1 Stanley brand product (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize"), e.g. a thermal mug from the Organizer's offer.

The exact model/color of the Prize may be indicated in the communication on the Profile or selected by the Organizer depending on availability.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
-
The Organizer covers the cost of shipping the Prize within Poland.
7. Announcement of results and awarding of prizes

Information about the Winner will be published on the Profile every Monday after 4:00 p.m.

The winner should send the Organizer a private message (DM) within 4 days of announcing the results with the data necessary for shipping: name and surname, address, email address, and telephone number for the courier.

Failure to contact within the deadline will result in forfeiture of the right to the Prize and the selection of another Winner.
8. Personal data (GDPR)

The administrator of personal data is the Organizer.

The data is processed solely for the purpose of implementing the Campaign (selection of the Winner, contact, shipment of the Prize, complaint handling) pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b/a or GDPR.

Data may be transferred to entities carrying out the delivery (e.g. a courier company) only to the extent necessary to deliver the Prize.

The participant has the right to access the data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing and object.

The data will be stored for the time necessary to implement the Campaign and consider the complaint.
10. Content Rights (UGC)

If the Participant publishes content tagging the Organizer's Profile and/or #BashLiving, he or she consents to its free sharing by the Organizer (e.g. repost in Stories) with the author's name, without territorial restrictions, for the duration of the Campaign and up to 12 months after its end.

The Participant declares that he or she has the rights to the published content and the consent of persons visible in the materials.
11. Final provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations for important reasons (e.g. organizational), informing about it on the Profile.
