Is the Stanley Quencher cup leakproof?

Most Stanley thermoses and insulated mugs are leak-proof. The Quencher H2.O FlowState™ mug has a seal that prevents accidental spills when the mug is held upright. However, due to the straw-hole lid and its design, the Stanley Quencher mug is NOT completely leak-proof.

We don't recommend putting it in a bag or backpack if there's a risk of it tipping over. The manufacturer doesn't guarantee the leak-tightness of the Quencher H2.O FlowState™ Tumbler. The mug is designed to be carried vertically.

How are Stanley Quencher cups packaged?

The mug you ordered on our website arrived without a cardboard box? Everything's fine – you can be sure it's authentic! The Stanley Quencher H2.O FlowState™ Tumbler tumbler, packaged in a cardboard box, is a US-specification. For the European market, the product is wrapped in its original parchment paper. A reusable straw is included and is located inside the tumbler.

You can purchase original spare straws for the cup.

The mug is dishwasher safe, but to maintain its stylish appearance for longer, we recommend hand washing it using a soft sponge, mild liquid and a set of straw brushes.
